Responsibilities :
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls
• First point of contact for clients / guest
• Handling and timely posting of all incoming and outgoing mails, by post and by courier
• Collection, sorting and distribution of all incoming mails
• Purchase requisition
• General administration / clerical work - typing, documentation, filing and etc
Requirements :
• Minimum SPM qualification/Diploma in Business Studies.
• Able to work independently with 1-2 years working experience.

• Do not smoke, chew gum, or eat garlic beforehand.

• Wear suitable interview clothes.

• Always greet the interviewer by his/her last name and try to pronounce it correctly.
