Associate Market Research Analyst - Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years job experience in a market analyst firm, a market intelligence division of an IT or Telecommunications organization or be a recent graduate from a recognized Australian university with a good performance record,

Minimum university or college degree, BA, BSc or equivalent - Economics, Business, Marketing, Accounting, IT, or Statistics degrees preferred;

Numerically inclined with a high degree of comfort with market metrics and an understanding of economic measures and concepts.

Requirements:

Possesses a Degree in Accountancy an/or professional Accounting qualifications.
Minimum five (5) years related experience. Post qualification experience in accounting/audit is an added advantage.
Competent in FRS, budgeting, taxation, internal control function etc.
Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and analytical skills as well as good organisational and presentation capabilities.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate and exposure in ERP accounting software would be an advantage
Able to work under tight reporting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Purchasing Officer - Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia

Responsibilities:

To conduct survey on the market price and market condition for Company purchase items, and to keep or maintain the updated information in company’s data.
To negotiate on the pricing of the purchase items with vendors, and raised purchase order based on the requisition from respective department.
To follow-up the orders on daily basis to ensure that the items purchased based on the company’s requirement and prompt delivery as requested within prescribed receiving hours.
Ensure that there are sufficient expendable operating supplies on hand for each department by coordinating with the storeroom personnel and/or department heads.
Work closely with the account payable and receiving personnel to maintain the accurate record of the prices, and to monitor the qualities and freshness of the products that are delivered by vendors.



Requirement:

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in hospitality industry.
Computer literate.
Results driven, analytical and eye for detail.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with strong capacity in negotiation skill.
