Outlet Supervisor - Sunway Pyramid

We are in the F&B line which selling variety of traditional pastries. We are now expanding our franchise business in Klang Valley area.

Our new outlet in Sunway Pyramid will be opening soon. We are looking for potential candidates to join us.

Responsibilities:
1. Incharge of the day to day operation for the outlet.
2. Provide leadership by fostering teamwork.
3. Assist with training and mentoring to ensure that staff understand all policies, programmes and standards.
4. Assist in cash handling throughout the shift, tracking of product usage, wastages and overall inventory of the outlet.
5. Ensure food and beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness of the restaurant and good customer service is maintained at all times.

Requirements:
1. Certificate or Diploma in Food and Beverage Preparation/ Hospitality Management or equivalent.
2. Those without the required qualifications but have at least 1-2 years of work experience in the F&B industry at a similar level are encouraged to apply.
3. Self motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Possess a pleasant and cheerful personality.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Fresh graduate from Food and Beverage/ Hospitality Management are encouraged to apply.
7. Applicants should be Malaysian citizen. (Malay Female preferred)

• Do not smoke, chew gum, or eat garlic beforehand.

• Wear suitable interview clothes.

• Take copies of your CV with you.

• Arrive on time for your job interview.

• Any applications handed before the interview begins, are to be filled in as accurately as possible, make sure they match the information in your Cv and Cover Letter.

• Always greet the interviewer by his/her last name and try to pronounce it correctly.

• Have a good firm handshake.
