WANTED: SENIOR/JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the design & development of highly-sophisticated communication products.

2) Utilize Modeling & Simulation Software to create and evaluate designs, including mold flow analysis drop & impact simulation and thermal stress, prior to releasing the design.

3) Work with a team of highly-qualified engineers to generate the overall design concept for the mechanical system as well as the detailed design of the mechanical components which include plastic parts, sheet metal stampings, castings, rubber and elastomers.

Requirements:
- Ph.D. / Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering with minimum 2 years working experience or equivalent.

- Must have an understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes in injection moldings, sheet metals, die-castings, Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA).

- Knowledge and experience in specific areas such as acoustics, drop test & impact, latest display technology and electromechanical components is an added advantage

- Ability to utilize latest CAD tools such as Pro-Engineer or AutoCAD and CAE simulation tools such as ANSYS, COSMOS and MOLDFLOW is an added advantage.
