Business Development Executive
(East Coast Region, Central Region, Southern Region, Northern Region, East Malaysia)
Responsibilities :
* Expand the agency force by recruiting new unit trust consultants and groom up more capable leaders
* Assist in planning, developing and implementing sales strategies through agency visit, individual meeting, group meeting, company training, etc.
* Supervise sales campaign and contest which organize by company and agency forces
* Monitor the performance of unit trust consultant and leader to ensure they are achieving their annual sales target
* Council unit trust consultant on results and take necessary corrective action for better performance
* Prepare monthly agency force performance reports
* Certificate,Diploma or Degree in any field with at least 1-2 years working experience.
* Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
* Ex-Banker / Financial Institutions candidates with experience is added advantage
* Computer literacy e.g in Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
* Willing to travel outstation
* Candidates must be dynamic, initiative, self-motivated and like to meet people.
* Candidates must possess good interpersonal and organisation skill.
* Enjoy working with different level of people and have passion to motivate the team member to meet agency overall objective
