Terms of Appointment:
Candidates for appointment shall have the following qualifications:
- Malaysian citizens;
- Not less than 18 years old on the closing date
- a) Diploma in public administration that is recognized by the government of institutions of higher learning or a qualification recognized equivalent, or
- b) Diploma in the field of law recognized by the government of institutions of higher learning or a recognized qualification equivalent by the government.
- c) pass in Bahasa Malaysia / Malay language (including the Oral Examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

2. Administrative Assistant (Finance), W17


Qualifications
- SPM or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government as well as a credit in Mathematics or Commerce or account at the examination, or
- SPM and the certificate of Commerce Malaysia Middle (Reserve Accounts) or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government or
- SPM and Malaysian Trade Certificate in High Level (Accounting) or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government or..
