1. Sales Manager (based in PJ)
- min 5 years in tenders experience

2. Sales Coordinator (based in PJ)
- tendering and supplying contracts

3. Sales Specialist (based in PJ, Kuantan, Melaka & KB)
4. Product Specialist (based in PJ)
- min 5 years experience in hospital consumables
Requirements:-
- Preferably in Hospital supply chain.
- Exposure in an operation theatre within a hospital setting is an added value.
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in any field is encouraged to apply.
- Highly recommended to those who wished to take sales and marketing positions as a career.
- Ambitious, motivated, committed, self-starter, analytical and good communication skills. A good team-player.
- Possess own car and willing to travel to the assigned territory.

5. International Sales (4 positions)
- Customer support officer based in PJ
- Age 25 — 35
- Speaks and write well in English
- Has interest / experience in marketing

6. Senior QA Inspector / Auditor (2 positions)
- system inspector with audit experience
- Age : 30 — 40
- Able to travel for inspection and facility audit
- High capability in ISO quality standards.

7. Senior Procurement Manager
- Age 35 — 45
- Planning, Sourcing and Cost Management
- Capability to lead team in group procurement activities.
- Strategy and Negotiations

Responsibilities:

To conduct survey on the market price and market condition for Company purchase items, and to keep or maintain the updated information in company’s data.
To negotiate on the pricing of the purchase items with vendors, and raised purchase order based on the requisition from respective department.
To follow-up the orders on daily basis to ensure that the items purchased based on the company’s requirement and prompt delivery as requested within prescribed receiving hours.
Ensure that there are sufficient expendable operating supplies on hand for each department by coordinating with the storeroom personnel and/or department heads.
Work closely with the account payable and receiving personnel to maintain the accurate record of the prices, and to monitor the qualities and freshness of the products that are delivered by vendors.



Requirement:

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in hospitality industry.
Computer literate.
Results driven, analytical and eye for detail.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with strong capacity in negotiation skill.
