a) Job Vacancy as Assistant Accountant (Based in Semenyih)

Responsibilities:
• Monitor all material usage and prepare variance analysis including price variance, material variance, material loss and wastage etc
• Co-ordinate monthly cycle count and annual physical stock take

Qualifications & Experience:
• Candidates should preferably possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Professional Degree in CIMA or equivalent
• At least 3 years of related working experience preferably in manufacturing environment
• Highly independent with strong analytical skills
• Possess proactive attitude, good interpersonal & communication skills
• Maintain highest standards of professionalism
• Well-versed in common computer software
• Willing to travel



b) Job Vacancy as Plant Manager

Responsibilities:
• To oversee the entire plant facilities as well overall operations of the premix plants
• To lead, supervise and enforce good and efficient work practice among subordinates

Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in similar capacity especially in manufacturing field
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing roadwork team
• Possess strong analytical skills and is result and profit oriented
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal qualities with ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge in premix mix design as well working knowledge of ISO 9001: 2000 are definite advantages

Responsibilities:

To conduct survey on the market price and market condition for Company purchase items, and to keep or maintain the updated information in company’s data.
To negotiate on the pricing of the purchase items with vendors, and raised purchase order based on the requisition from respective department.
To follow-up the orders on daily basis to ensure that the items purchased based on the company’s requirement and prompt delivery as requested within prescribed receiving hours.
Ensure that there are sufficient expendable operating supplies on hand for each department by coordinating with the storeroom personnel and/or department heads.
Work closely with the account payable and receiving personnel to maintain the accurate record of the prices, and to monitor the qualities and freshness of the products that are delivered by vendors.



Requirement:

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or its equivalent.
