Responsible

• Responsible for overseeing the overall human resource
Functions and the management of office administration.
• Responsible for recruitment and induction program.
• Compile, tabulate and analyse monthly HR Reports and other
ad-hoc reports.
• Monitor & validate leave and medical
• Manage in development and implementation of the HR policies
and procedures.
• Responsible for Training and Development
• Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary
issues as well as industrial relation matters.
• Conduct HR surveys and benchmarking.
• Plan, develop and monitor on implementation of HR and other
administration projects.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource
Management/Social Sciences/Business Administration or its
equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in same field
• PC literate and well versed with Microsoft Office
applications and payroll system.
• Highly motivated with excellent analytical and leadership
skills and ability to handle multitasks and tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to
interact with all levels of people.
• Familiar with Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
