1) KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES (for Chain Hypermarket)

2) KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES (for Chain Pharmacies)



I. Develop plans for business growth in line with company & Customer expectation

II. Plan and ensure proper execution of promotional activities

III. Ensure good products presence and merchandising in key outlets

IV. Independent, reliable and result orientated

V. Support sales team to achieve Company’s target and objectives

VI. Min 2 years of experience handling key chain customers

VII. Degree/Tertiary education preferably in Sales & Marketing







2) SALES REPRESENTATIVES (for Pharmacies)

3) SALES REPRESENTATIVES (for Hyper/Supermarkets)

(based in Subang Jaya, Penang , Alor Star, Ipoh, Johore Bahru, Malacca, Kuantan,

Kota Bahru)



I. Regular store servicing and take orders

II. Manage merchandising outlets

III. Execute promotion plan

IV. Achieve assigned sales target set by management

V. Responsible for order processing, market returns and collection

VI. Independent with initiative

VII. Min 2 years experience in FMCG with key Accounts, Wholesalers and Pharmacies

VIII. SPM or equivalent

IX. Dilpoma/Degree in Finance or equivalent






4) ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (AP) (based in Subang Jaya)



I. Monitor credit term on trade creditors, inter-co & sundry invoices & processing payments

II. Day to day operations covering sundry & trade creditor reconciliations, receipts managing account payable

III. Check and process expense claims, bank reconciliations, journal entries

IV. Diploma or relevant qualification

V. Relevant working experience in account payable



5) CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATORS (based in Subang Jaya)



I. SPM or equivalent

II. Relevant work experience in customer service

III. Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply

IV. Able to communicated in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia





5) MERCHANDISERS (based in Subang Jaya)

(based in Subang Jaya, Penang , Alor Star, Ipoh, Johore Bahru, Malacca, Kuantan,

Requirements:

Possesses a Degree in Accountancy an/or professional Accounting qualifications.
Minimum five (5) years related experience. Post qualification experience in accounting/audit is an added advantage.

Purchasing Officer - Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia

Responsibilities:

To conduct survey on the market price and market condition for Company purchase items, and to keep or maintain the updated information in company’s data.
To negotiate on the pricing of the purchase items with vendors, and raised purchase order based on the requisition from respective department.
To follow-up the orders on daily basis to ensure that the items purchased based on the company’s requirement and prompt delivery as requested within prescribed receiving hours.
Ensure that there are sufficient expendable operating supplies on hand for each department by coordinating with the storeroom personnel and/or department heads.
Work closely with the account payable and receiving personnel to maintain the accurate record of the prices, and to monitor the qualities and freshness of the products that are delivered by vendors.



Requirement:

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in hospitality industry.
Computer literate.
Results driven, analytical and eye for detail.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with strong capacity in negotiation skill.
